Co-coordinator of the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19, Major David Clarke, said that instead, the Unit had set up an email address, vaccine.certificate@health.gov.bb, where people who needed the certificates to travel could send their requests. He added that the Unit would ensure that everyone who was fully vaccinated received their e-certificates. However, he asked persons to be patient since there were over 70,000 people who had to be issued with the new certificates, which carry a barcode and security seal. Major Clarke also cautioned persons about forwarding their personal information to chats or numbers that were not sanctioned by the Ministry.
