It conducted 1,530 tests on Friday, August 6. There are 101 persons in isolation. Since March last year, Barbados has recorded 4,464 cases of the viral illness (2,167 females and 2,297 males) and 48 deaths. To date, a total of 227,408 tests have been carried out by the public health laboratory. Under the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19, 100,392 first doses have been administered, so far.
