The positive cases consist of 25 persons under the age of 18, and 86 who are 18 years and older. The number of people in isolation facilities was 49, while 1,645 were in home isolation. The number of deaths from the viral illness stands at 319. The public health laboratory has carried out 591, 530 tests since February 2020 and recorded 56, 124 (26,054 males and 30,070 females) of COVID-19. Under the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19, the total number of persons with at least one dose is 160,470 (70.3 per cent of the eligible population). The total number of persons who are fully vaccinated is149, 972 (55.3 per cent of the total population or 65.7 per cent of the eligible population). The eligible population represents those persons who are 12 years and older.
