The cases comprised eight persons under the age of 18, and 20 who were 18 years and older. There were 28 people in isolation facilities, while 214 were in home isolation. As at September 27, there were 559 COVID-19 related deaths. The laboratories conducted 765,069 tests since February 2020 and recorded 102,516 COVID-19 cases (46,375 males and 56,141 females). Under the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19, the total number of persons with at least one dose is 163,633 (71.6 per cent of the eligible population). The total number of fully vaccinated persons is 154,653 (57.1 per cent of the total population or 67.7 per cent of the eligible population). The eligible population represents those persons who are 12 years and older.
