Two houses were destroyed in a fire at Golden Rock, the Pine, St Michael this morning.
Divisional Officer of the Barbados Fire Service Officer Tremelle Perch told reporters on the scene that they received a call to respond to the fire around 10:42 a.m.
“We had two structures that were destroyed and then we also had some structures on the periphery that were also slightly damaged,” Perch said as investigations continue. There were no reports of injuries.
Perch, along with colleague station officer Roger Bourne and a team of 12 officers from the Arch Hall, Pine, and Worthing Fire stations responded to the blaze.
