October adjournment date for Gabby

Veteran entertainer Anthony The Mighty Gabby Carter will return to court later this year after his rape case was again adjourned in the No. 1 District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court.

Carter, of Clapham Park, St Michael, is charged with having sexual intercourse with a female without her consent, or was reckless as to whether she consented between July 17, 2023, and September 8, 2023.

When he reappeared before Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes on Monday, the matter was adjourned until October 20.
