The 25-year-old general worker of Promenade Road, Spooners Hill, St Michael, was not required to plead to charges that without lawful authority, he discharged a firearm in Simmons Land, Fairfield, in a manner which placed Cadeem Knight and Jason Allman in danger of death or serious bodily harm; and that he had a firearm and 15 rounds of ammunition without valid licences. The four offences allegedly occurred on August 2. Griffith, who was represented by attorney Neville Reid in association with King’s Counsel Andrew Pilgrim, will return to the No. 2 District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on September 9.
