The 49-year-old of Cox Hill, St Philip appeared before Acting Magistrate Angela Knight in the District C Magistrates’ Court under extremely heavy police escort this afternoon. He is accused of: murdering Randy Brathwaite between June 27, 2023 and December 5, 2024; conspiring with other persons to kill Junior Taitt between June 19 and June 27, 2023; murdering Taitt between June 27, 2023 and December 5, 2024; conspiring with other persons to kill Shane Renaldo Parris between January 11 and January 13, 2024; and murdering Parris on January 13, 2024. Pinder, who was represented by Senior Counsel Angella Mitchell-Gittens, was not required to plead to the charges which are all indictable. He will reappear in court on October 8.
