Paul Kian Kemar Dear, 35, of Drax Hall, pleaded not guilty to a charge that between October 13 and November 7, he used a computer to send an indecent or obscene electronic message, intending or being reckless as to whether it would cause annoyance, distress, or anxiety to the recipient. With no objection, Magistrate Alison Burke in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court released Dear on bail. The case is now adjourned until March 6.
