Of the positive cases, 80 persons were under the age of 18, and 638 were 18 years and older. The number of people in isolation facilities was 62, while 2,799 were in home isolation. An 87-year-old man succumbed to the viral illness on Wednesday. As at August 3, there were 496 COVID-19 related deaths. The public health laboratory has conducted 731,869 tests since February2020, and recorded 93,559 COVID-19 cases (42,518 males and 51,041 females).
