As a new business like every new venture, we encountered challenges, but as a family at Bereavement Care Funerals we overcame them. During the two years in operation the testimonials and recommendations from our clients supported the fact that our company is dedicated, consistent, compassionate and communicates with our clients well so our work does not go unnoticed,” she said. As a result, the gratitude expressed by the families during the inclusion established in friendships is the highlight for me,” she said. Payne said she is humbled and honoured to be included in the death care industry in the way she has been since starting her business. “The death care industry continued to change during the last two years and a lot of us had to make changes in the way families said their final goodbyes to their loved ones during the pandemic. As we are now in a post-pandemic world it shows that new and creative ways are imperative for the future to support the bereaved. This showed me that the industry will thrive once the inclusion and creativity continue,” she said. Payne wished to thank all of the persons who would have been instrumental to her company’s success during the past two years. “Thank you to the Bereavement Care Funerals family for their continuous dedication to providing professional and compassionate care for our clients. Two Sons Funeral Home for their assistance rendered when called upon each time. Marlon Greene of Fresh Prints, Public Relations Officer Kynara Seville, SMB Consulting Services, Ryan Mosely, CLR Designs, my family, and friends but most of all our clients who trusted us with their loved one’s final care arrangements we could not have reached our second year without you,” she said.
