Roberts Manufacturing names new managing director

Roberts Manufacturing Co. Limited has named Jonathon Hart as its new managing director, effective October 1, 2025.

He brings over two decades of leadership experience in manufacturing, services, sales, and general management. Hart most recently served as General Manager of the Manufacturing and Distribution Division at the Chefette Group of Companies, and previously held senior roles with Automotive Art across the Caribbean.

“We are excited to welcome Jonathon as we continue building a modern, efficient, and regionally competitive manufacturing business,” said Chairman of the Board, Garfield Garry Sinclair. “Following a thorough and focused executive search, his appointment marks a critical next step in our strategic roadmap.”

Hart holds an MBA from the University of Durham in the UK and a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary’s University in Canada.
