Police say a man was killed in a collision along Newbury Road, St George, around 10:30 this morning. The collision involved a car and the operator of a wrecker service truck. The victim — the operator of the truck, who was standing outside his vehicle at the time of the collision — was pronounced dead on the spot. Police are performing on scene investigations.
