Jahcoby Nathaniel Gill, 21 and Stephon Davidson Freeman, also 21, both of Greenfield, St Michael as well as Tyrese Ricardo Marshall, 23, of Walker’s Valley, St George and Greenfield, St Michael are facing the May 6 charges of endangering life, criminal damage, violent disorder and use of firearm . Gill and Freeman were also accused of use of a firearm and causing serious bodily harm to Romario Bignall on June 7, 2020. Freeman is facing separate charges of use of firearm and endangering the life of Kezra Lewis Wilson on November 24, 2020. At the same time Larry Whitneil Marco Clarke, 41, and Roshawne Romario Gibbes, 23, both also of Greenfield, St Michael as well as Gill and Freeman are charged with use of firearm, violent disorder and causing serious bodily harm to Brian Griffith and Myles Pinder on May 1, this year. Freeman is also alleged to have had ammunition on the same date. The accused were not required to plead to the indictable charges. They will reappear before Magistrate Manila Renee in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on June 10. The three were not required to plead to the indictable charge. That matter has been transferred to the District ‘B’ Oistins Magistrates’ Court for May 20.
