Character witnesses are expected to give evidence on their behalf at that sitting. The adjournment of the matter was granted after lawyers for Andre Omar Lord Evil Jackman, Kaeron Sylvian Moore and Shane Hakeem Omar Babb addressed the No. 3 Supreme Court during a virtual sitting this afternoon. The three were found guilty by a jury earlier this year of having an illegal firearm in their possession as well as unlawfully and recklessly engaging in conduct that placed Reshawn Greaves and Michael Abbott in danger of death or serious bodily harm on September 30, 2018. Additionally, Moore and Babb were also found guilty of damaging a house belonging to Chrisandra Greaves. The offences stemmed from a shooting incident in St Lucy. During today’s sitting a records officer from Her Majesty’s Prison disclosed the men’s custody record. It was revealed that Jackman, who is represented by Michael Lashley Q.C. and associates, had spent 854 days on remand at Dodds in connection with the charge; Babb 525 days and Moore 259 days.
