There were 1,446 tests conducted. Of the new cases, 43 persons were under the age of 18, and 173 were 18 years and older. The number of persons in isolation facilities was 975, and in home isolation, 7,365. Barbados’ confirmed cases of COVID-19 have reached 22,093 (10,594 males and 11,499 females), and 193 persons have died from the viral illness, as at November 13. The public health laboratory has carried out 413,900 tests since February last year. Under the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19, the total number of persons with at least one dose is 151,634 (66.4 per cent of the eligible population). The total number of persons who are fully vaccinated is 132,284 (48.8 per cent of the total population or 57.9 per cent of the eligible population). The eligible population represents those persons who are 12 years and older.
