Shaquel Rasmaid Walcott, of Oxley Street, St Michael, is alleged to have unlawfully assaulted Liam Lord on November 4, 2023, as well as recklessly using an imitation firearm without lawful authority or excuse and in a manner that caused the virtual complainant to believe that he was in danger of death or serious bodily harm. The accused appeared before Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday but could not plead to the indictable charges.
