Soca star Alan Sheppard has joined forces with international music giants for the release of his new single One More, an infectious anthem set to be the soundtrack for cricket fans during the T20 World Cup.

In a major label deal, Sheppard has collaborated with Barbados’ CRS Music and Media Ltd, American-based music distributor The Orchard, and major international label Sony Music to unleash the track. Mastered at the iconic Abbey Road Studios in London by Geoff Pesche, One More fuses soca and Latin pop for a genre-blending, danceable sound.

The song celebrates the passion for cricket across the Caribbean. With its driving rhythms and catchy melodies, One More aims to inspire players and spectators through to the final showdown at Kensington Oval.

“With over four decades of Caribbean music mastery, Sheppard showcases his unparalleled talent as a singer, songwriter and producer, infusing One More with his trademark flair and infectious enthusiasm,” a press release stated. “From his roots in Barbados to the global stage, Sheppard continues to inspire audiences with his passion for music and unwavering dedication to his artistry.”

The new single marks the latest achievement for the veteran artist renowned for his ability to transcend borders with vibrant sounds.
